Our employer continues to make unfair demands, including:
- Forced overtime with little notice,
- Proposals that could lead to the contracting out of our jobs and lead to higher costs for residents
- Low wage offers that do not meet the rising cost of living
These unfair proposals have led us to vote in favour of a strike, which could disrupt town services.
