Pour être efficace, une grève doit être bien organisée. Cet atelier en ligne couvrira les critères de base d’une grève bien dirigée : l’administration, les finances et indemnités de grève, les communications et la coordination du piquetage.

N.B. : Cet atelier est destiné au comité de grève d'une section locale.

Lors de cette séance de planification en ligne, un Comité de grève travaillera de concert avec son Conseiller national afin de compléter votre Plan de grève en utilisant le Manuel de planification de la grève et l'Outil de planification de la grève du SCFP.

N.B. : Cette séance vise un Comité de grève qui a déjà participé à l'atelier Préparation à la grève (SCL.) Par contre, d'autres membres de la section locale pourraient y être invités dû à leur connaissances / expérience ou bien le rôle qu'ils planifient occuper sur les Comités d'administration, des finances, des communications ou bien du piquetage.
