Bill 32 is a direct attack on Unions, workers may not fully understand the significance of the impacts. It is felt that Bill 32 is a precursor to Right to Work, which would impede a Union to effectively run. Locals need to have a heightened awareness of what the UCP might introduce in the future. Join Ella Henry, CUPE lawyer as she will increase awareness to Locals regarding the direct attacks from the UCP government, provide examples from right to work States and provide suggestions to Locals on how to combat an anti-union government, like the UCP.
